There is a strong need for most of us to improve our eating habits but what is a healthy diet and what is a healthy diet? We all need to focus on answering these questions because 64% of people in the USA and 48% of Europeans are overweight, and the whole world looks set to catch up soon.

Our knowledge of the impact on our health in what we eat is constantly being updated. Getting new information on healthy eating can be challenging but worthwhile.

New evidence now suggests that certain Foods may slow down the aging process. So you might be surprised and encouraged to find the answer to the question – what is healthy eating? – holds the key to both to help you lose weight and slow down so that you can quickly wrinkle and show signs of aging!

What Is Healthy Eating?

Healthy eating is based on knowing what healthy and healthy foods are natural foods and not processed foods. When you think about healthy eating, some things to keep in mind are that you need carbohydrates to gain energy but too many carbohydrates make you fat. You need protein because they are the building blocks of your body and you need fresh fruits and vegetables because they provide essential vitamins, minerals and other things that allow your body to function properly.

Natural foods are healthy foods but not all foods are the same, some have greater health benefits than others. Recent research shows that there are natural anti-inflammatory foods that are anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. These foods are beneficial in preventing age-related illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and premature wrinkles. When we are stressed, or undernourished, we produce invisible swellings within our bodies that contribute to Early aging and age-related illnesses. Healthy eating needs to be rich in anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant foods naturally. These include:

Oily fish – wild salmon, mackerel, sardines
Seeds, nuts, beans, pulses
Ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, avocado
Brightly coloured fruits and vegetables – green, red, purple, orange and yellow fruits and vegetables

Pack your food with oily fish, spinach, carrots, squash, kidney beans, red carrots, oranges, red grapes, blueberries, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds … and you will have a chance to live long and healthy life and looks younger for a long time.

Eat lots of sugary and processed foods, French fries, whole milk foods, white bread, pasta, rice and potatoes, drink cocoa and coffee and you will probably be one of the millions of people in the world with obesity, overweight and high risk of heart disease and diabetes in later life, to say the least. a few of the health problems associated with obesity.
