What Is Healthy Eating?
Healthy eating is based on knowing what healthy and healthy foods are natural foods and not processed foods. When you think about healthy eating, some things to keep in mind are that you need carbohydrates to gain energy but too many carbohydrates make you fat. You need protein because they are the building blocks of your body and you need fresh fruits and vegetables because they provide essential vitamins, minerals and other things that allow your body to function properly.
Natural foods are healthy foods but not all foods are the same, some have greater health benefits than others. Recent research shows that there are natural anti-inflammatory foods that are anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. These foods are beneficial in preventing age-related illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and premature wrinkles. When we are stressed, or undernourished, we produce invisible swellings within our bodies that contribute to Early aging and age-related illnesses. Healthy eating needs to be rich in anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant foods naturally. These include:
Oily fish – wild salmon, mackerel, sardines
Seeds, nuts, beans, pulses
Ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, avocado
Brightly coloured fruits and vegetables – green, red, purple, orange and yellow fruits and vegetables

Eat lots of sugary and processed foods, French fries, whole milk foods, white bread, pasta, rice and potatoes, drink cocoa and coffee and you will probably be one of the millions of people in the world with obesity, overweight and high risk of heart disease and diabetes in later life, to say the least. a few of the health problems associated with obesity.
